It's really easy and takes less than a minute! Go to 'Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes' page, click 'Upload theme' and select the theme archive (Universe-vX.X.zip) from your computer. Done!
Note: the 'theme-package-vX.X.zip' archive (which you also receive with a purchase) includes the demo files and theme versions with demo settings. You need to unzip it on your computer first before uploading the files.
